Did you know that our Careers Advisers are specially trained and qualified to help you make decisions about your future? 

Most people get advice from parents, other family members or teachers before talking to a college Careers Adviser.

This is easy to understand because we’re usually more comfortable with people already in our lives. The problem is that they don’t necessarily have all the information available. Or, the information they have may be outdated.

Our Careers Advisers are great at listening to your personal story and giving you advice on how to achieve your particular ambitions. You may not know all your options, what career step to take, or at what level you want to learn. 

Give us a call and tell us your personal story…….we can help you get to where you want to be.

im leaving school this year and dont know what to choose for a corse any ideas ?

Your question is an important one for all young people and it is a really good idea to make sure you have good information, advice and guidance before you make a decision like this.

Usually, I would suggest that you ring 01823 366331 to make an appointment with one of this college’s careers advisers but you probably have a careers area and a Connexions (now called Connect Southwest) adviser at your school, so it would probably be more convenient for you to go there. In your careers area you will probably find a prospectus for this and other colleges and you should look at them all and see if there is a course that would interest you. Your Connect Southwest adviser would be happy to give you an appointment to talk over your career decisions and you would probably find this an encouraging and enlightening experience. You could also browse through the courses on this web site.

If any of my assumptions about your school are wrong and you cannot find the information that you want, you would be welcome to see one of our advisers; just ring the number above.
