The course is open to anybody over the age of 16.
The ILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice is the first stage of the academic qualification needed to become a Legal Executive lawyer. The qualification offers you a broad, yet flexible introdution to law and legal practice, helping you to develop a range of professional skills necessary for effective working in the practical legal environment.
Alongside the mandatory legal system and skills unit the optional units we will be covering are Family Law and the Practice of Family Law.
The full Diploma will be needed to progress to the next level of study, however this takes an additional year of learning.
By formal examination which takes place at the end of the course.
