This course is aimed at those who are employed across all sectors of employment in customer facing roles who would like to develop their customer service skills.
Candidates need to complete a total of 28 credits. There are two mandatory units and the remaining credits are to be made up from the optional units
Mandatory units include:
• communicate using customer service language
• follow the rules to deliver customer service
Optional units include:
• deal with incoming telephone calls from customers
• deliver reliable customer service
• recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
• develop personal performance through delivering customer service
Candidates will build a portfolio of evidence and be assessed in the workplace by one of our assessors. Evidence will be a mixture of observation, witness testimony, professional discussion and candidate evidence.
