Food and drink manufacturing is integral to the food supply chain and it is important to have the right training in this field. The level 2 and 3 NVQs are for those working in the food industry who wish to develop their skills and improve performance and career progression. You can have your skills and expertise accredited in the workplace. Level 3 is natural progression from level 2.
NVQ level 3 modules include: Health and Safety Auditing, Team Management and Risk Assessing, plus other optional units.
The training can be tailored to your needs and the business. There are no formal examinations. There will be observation, assessment and some assignments used to assess your knowledge.
