This course will give you the opportunity to reach new heights and build on your Level 2 hairdressing skills.
You will have the chance to work on clients in our state-of-the-art, commercially run Graduate Hair Academy, alongside a tutor and a trainer assessor. Units will include:
• Consultation techniques
• Cutting
• Styling and dressing hair
• Perming
• Colour correction
You will also study towards Functional Skills, professional skills development and working with others.
Trips, visits, in-house training and guest speakers all form part of this programme.
The course uses a range of assessment strategies that include practical observation, online testing and oral questioning.
You could go on to employment in a salon, hairdressing on a cruise liner or a Foundation Degree in Salon Management.
