Delivered by Somerset College's HR Director and her team, this bite-size workshop gives a masterclass in identifying and overcoming some of the topical pitfalls in HR. 

Legislation is changing all the time and getting HR wrong can be costly in time, money and staff morale!  Learn from the experts about key HR issues and how to avoid making those costly mistakes.

This course will appeal to anyone who has responsibility for HR in a small or medium-sized business and is looking to stay up-to-date with HR best practice.
