We all have customers, whether they are external clients or internal teams and colleagues.
Spotlight on Customer Service is a focused workshop which will enhance your skills and ability in how you interact with clients. The object is to raise your game and to allow your customers to receive an even better service from you. As we know some customers can be difficult and this workshop will look at how we can deal with these customers to achieve a great outcome.
This workshop will appeal to those who work in customer-facing roles ie customer service, helpdesk or sales support. It will also appeal to those who have to deal with more difficult and challenging customer conversations.
