There are three main age groups within the Centre, each group has a dedicated room:
0-2 years: Children learn how to begin to form relationships with staff and other children. Opportunities are provided to encourage exploration of their environment under careful supervision of their qualified and caring staff.
2-3 years: Children are beginning to form closer friendship groups and are beginning to learn new skills through our wide and varied curriculum.
3-5 years: Children extend on previous experience and develop new skills through a well balanced curriculum in preparation for the transition to school.
We work in accordance with all relevant curriculum guidance when planning our routines and activities. We have fully implemented The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and with this in mind we plan and develop individualized learning programmes for all children based around their own interests and abilities.
Our last Ofsted report was very good and highlighted what we do well, we have implemented all recommendations for future improvements. Click here to read the report in full.
