Catering and Hospitality

We offer a number of courses in Catering and Hospitality.  Please click on the relevant title for more information:

• Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety
• BIIAB National Award for Personal License Holders

If you are already working in the catering and hospitality industry and would like to gain a qualification, we also offer a range of NVQs in professional cookery, food and drink manufacturing and multiskilled hospitality, that can be studied in your workplace.  For further details on these NVQs, please contact the Business Centre on 01823 366 555 or email enterprise@somerset.ac.uk.

Students who are claiming JSA or ESA should always check with their JCP advisor to ensure they are able to undertake a college programme before enrolling.
