Welcome to the Graduate Fashion Show 2010 video. University students from Arts and Design went urban at Free Range, the Graduate Fashion Show which took place in Brick Lane in June 2010. The college, boasting two out of four finalists in 2009's Euro Skills UK competition, displayed all their final year students’ designs for London’s media and public to see. Welcome to the Somerset College Skillbuild videos. SkillBuild is the competition body set up in the Eighties to promote vocational skills and training in colleges across the UK. It's the tenth consecutive year that Somerset College has hosted the regional heat and students came from as far as Gloucestershire and Cornwall to take part in the competition. There were over 100 hopeful carpenters, painters and decorators, bricklayers, wall and floor tilers, joiners and cabinet makers, who came from across the South West to demonstrate their very best work in this prestigious vocational skills competition.

Welcome to the Student Awards 2010 video. Students highlighted as outstanding by their tutors were invited to a celebratory evening at Somerset College to congratulate them on their achievements. Peter Lacy from Accenture gave an inspirational speech to parents and students about the challenges and opportunities these students will face in the future.

Welcome to the 2011 University Graduation Ceremony of Somerset College. Over 700 students, family and friends gathered in Taunton to celebrate the event. Morning and afternoon ceremonies were held at the Temple Methodist Church, Taunton, watched by hundreds of relatives and friends. Over 300 students and staff in academic gowns then proceeded through the town centre before going on to celebrate at Somerset County Cricket Club. Read all about it here and here.
