Completion of the HNC in Construction and the Built Environment (Civil Engineering) enables you to apply for membership of the Institute of Civil Engineers. With this behind you, the world of work presents a variety of possibilities. Our students have gone on to pursue careers such as Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Highway Engineer, Site Manager, Utilities Engineer and Structural Engineer. You could go on to study the HND in Construction and the Built Environment at UCS. Alternatively, graduates may apply to study the discipline at degree level.
Typically entrants will possess at least one of the following: • AS/A2 Levels • Level 3 in Maths • A National Certificate in Civil Engineering • A National Diploma in Construction • Relevant work experience Other appropriate qualifications may be taken into consideration.
The course fee is £3900.00* per year of study.
