The Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations -Supervising Lifts (Construction) qualification has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment which means you need to be employed to undertake this qualification.
This qualification enables you, the learner, to demonstrate and recognise your skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment so you can work in Controlling Lifting Operations -Supervising Lifts within the construction industry.
The qualification can take up 1 year to complete, depending on work commitments, and you will be given high levels of support throughout the process.

Learners may progress from the (NVQ) Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations — Supervising Lifts at Level 4 to a qualification at Level 5 in (NVQ) Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations — Planning Lifts (Construction).
Learners need to be employed in a relevant role. You will need to have passed your Health Safety and Environment test within the last two years. Good understanding of spoken and written English.
The current fee for 2020/21 entry to this course is £1,425* per academic year of study.
The fee for 2021/22 entry to this course will be set during Spring 2021.
