Student Spotlight

James Tate, Motorsport Engineering Foundation Degree

I chose to study at UCS because of the course content and professionalism of the lecturers. We had a vast amount of contact time, which was really beneficial. The chance to join a student-led multi-championship motorsport team was also a big draw. That helped expand my knowledge, leading to my dream job with the Williams F1 team. The highlight of the course was the hands-on experience I gained in the workshop and trackside. We also got fantastic exposure to the industry.
