    Could you teach in Further Education?

    Come along to our Get into Teaching Drop-in for a chat, over coffee and a slice of cake, about how UCS can support you to become a qualified, highly-skilled educator in the Further Education and Skills sector.

    If you are recent graduate deciding on your next steps, the PGCE at UCS is the only one in the region specifically for teaching FE.

    Alternatively, if you haven't completed any prior learning at Higher Education level but have experience in a particular subject or industry that you would like to share with the next generation, the Level 5 Certificate in Education (Cert Ed) could be for you. 

    During this Drop-in there will be opportunity to:

    • Meet the PGCE/Cert Ed tutor
    • Chat to current students
    • Speak to an FE teacher who has completed their training
    • Talk to the Bridgwater & Taunton College HR department about teaching and other vacancies at the College.
