If you are interested in animal management, wildlife conservation or agriculture this event may inspire you to turn that interest into a viable career choice.

If you are interested in a career in the nuclear industry, the National College for Nuclear will be open for tours and staff will be available to answer all your questions.

More Information

Head to our Animal Management Centre to visit all the animals we care for and learn from. You may even have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some animals, from fluffy rabbits to more scaly reptiles.

Our Agricultural Innovation Centre is situated on our farm and will be open for you to tour the facilities our students use to implement the latest innovative farming techniques. You can also visit our working dairy farm to meet our resident cows and gain an insight into the industry.

Visit the National College for Nuclear and be one of the first to hear about our brand-new full-time Engineering with Nuclear degree programme, starting next September. We are one of only 3 institutions in the UK offering this programme, and with Hinkley Point on our doorstep we are ideally placed to train the nuclear engineers of the future.

There will be generic information about the College available on the day, including talks with Jason Gunningham, Head of Land-based Studies at University Centre Somerset.
