Students get a taste of UCS Creative Arts Degrees

Creative Arts students from across Somerset got a taste of what life is like as a degree student with University Centre Somerset last week.

They had a look around our fantastic facilities, met staff and students and took part in a two-hour taster workshop in one of our Visual Arts programmes: Creative Fashion & Textiles, Fine Art, Creative Digital & Graphic Design or Media Make-up.

Matt Cox, Curriculum Manager for Creative Arts said “We had over 30 potential students come along to get an experience of our exciting courses, we have had good feedback from the attendees who are now signing up for mock interviews with us before Christmas."
