Our student services are known as Student One Stop.
Student One Stop provides a range of services to provide support, advice and guidance during your time at Somerset College. Whether you need help finding somewhere to live; advice and guidance on your career or help understanding what financial incentives are available to you, the Student One Stop team can help. Located in the Atrium building behind Reception.
Our recent Ofsted inspection, and Matrix Accreditation commended our commitment to supporting our students and our innovative and extensive services.

College Information Centre is the first point of contact for a variety of services within Student One Stop, we can provide you with information about the Somerset College courses, college events and signpost you to make appointments for you with the other services such as:
- Financial Guidance
- Accommodation
- Careers and Education Advice
- Contraception and Sexual Health (CASH) Clinic
- Campus Liaison Officers
