University Centre Somerset students have access to modern and affordable catering outlets across all three campuses. Each offering value for money menus, regular special offers and deals, and a place to relax and socialise.
Special dietary requirements are also catered for where possible, and we aim to source locally grown and organic produce.
VegWare
Recently, we have introduced a range of VegWare to our food outlets. VegWare is compostable packaging used for all of our: coffee cups, takeaway trays, disposable cutlery, and salad pots. University Centre Somerset has also installed numerous water refill stations in an effort to reduce single use plastic.
Taunton Food Outlets
On Taunton campus, in our main building, is a large food outlet serving hot meals, Costa Coffee, and more throughout the day. Also located on this campus, by wellbeing, is a smaller food outlet serving sandwiches and light bites.
Cashless Payments
Students can sign up for an account that allows payment at our restaurants using just their University Centre ID card. Contact your tutor to find out more.
